Welcome to Cocoon Support

We recommend unboxing your Cocoon™ mattress as soon as possible. Do not leave your Cocoon™ mattress compressed in the plastic wrapping or box for more than 30 days as that can lead to damage.

Yes! If you’re not in love with your new Cocoon™ by Sealy mattress, we’ll give you your money back, no questions asked. We’ll arrange to pick up the mattress and donate it to a local agency. (Don’t worry—you don’t even have to put it back into the shipping box.) And then we’ll credit your card for the total amount of your purchase. Wins all around. You can read about our full return policy here.
