Can I return my foundation?

If we can’t find a way to make you happy, we’ll give you your money back. We’ll arrange to pick up the foundation, and donate it to a local agency. (Don’t worry—you don’t even have to put it back into the shipping box.) And then we’ll credit your card for the total amount of your purchase. Wins all around.
