If you’re not completely satisfied with your Cocoon™ by Sealy in the first 100 days after purchase, let us know. We recommend trying out your new mattress for at least 30 days to allow it to adjust and soften to its true feel.
How it Works
- Purchase a Cocoon™ by Sealy mattress from us, on our website or by phone.
- We'll deliver your mattress to your door via UPS.
- Sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 nights to allow it to adjust and soften to its true feel. A new Cocoon™ by Sealy mattress can feel firmer at first since you are the first person to lie on the mattress, but over time, it will break in and adapt to your body's unique weight and shape.
- After sleeping on your mattress, if you're not happy in the first 100 days, let us know.
- We’ll do our best to resolve any issues you might have. If you’re still left unsatisfied, we’ll make it right.
- After sleeping on your mattress, if you're still not happy, you are welcome to return or exchange your mattress by filling out our easy online return form here: Return Form
- We’ll arrange to have it picked up and donated for you at zero cost and deliver a full refund of your purchase price.

When does my 100-night trial begin?
Your 100-night trial for your new Cocoon™ by Sealy mattress begins on the day of delivery.
Is there a return fee if I return or exchange my mattress?
There are no fees to return or exchange your mattress!
I purchased my mattress at a retailer, am I eligible for the 100-night trial?
Unfortunately, the 100-night trial is only available for orders placed directly from Sealy® & Cocoon™ by Sealy online and from our direct-order telephone sales.
Is the 100-night trial only available for mattresses?
Our 100-night trial applies to our Cocoon™ by Sealy mattresses and foundation. It does not apply to our Power Bases, Comfort Items, or Bedding.
Am I still eligible to return my mattress, after my 100-night trial has ended?
Unfortunately, per our policy, we are unable to accept mattress returns past the 100-night trial.
