Maintenance

  • Make sure to keep the base clean.
  • Periodically check that all wired connections under the base are secure.
  • Check for obstructions and ensure that no cords, bedding, or objects are blocking the movement of the base.
  • Protect from moisture and avoid damp environments to prevent damage.

Cleaning

  1. Unplug the base before cleaning to avoid electrical hazards.
  2. To remove dust and debris, use a vacuum with a soft brush attachment to gently remove dust and particles from the surface and crevices.
  3. To wipe down the frame, use a lightly damp sponge or cloth. Avoid soaking the cloth as moisture can damage electrical components.
  4. To deep-clean the base, use a soft-bristle brush to gently scrub the area.
  5. Let the base air dry completely before plugging it back in. Make sure to keep the base away from direct heat sources like heaters or hair dryers.
