A sync cord is included with the base. Not available on Queen, Full, or King/CA King-size bases. The sync cord connects the two control boxes to a single remote for the synchronization of the two bases.
Step 1: Unplug bases from the power source.
Step 2: Connect the Sync Cord to the Multifunction port of each Control Box.
Step 3: Plug the bases back into the power source.
Step 4: Check to ensure all cords are securely attached. Both remotes will now operate both bases simultaneously.
Performance Notes: If bases become mismatched, pressing the FLAT button will resync the mechanical positioning.
To Un-Sync your Bases:
Step 1: Unplug both bases from the power source.
Step 2: Unplug the Sync Cord from both Control Boxes under the base.
Step 3: Plug both bases back into their power source.
Step 4: Your bases are now un-synced.
