How does delivery work with the Ease Power Base?

Every Ease® power base purchased directly through Cocoon™ by Sealy ships free via our In-Home Delivery service which includes delivery, set up, and removal of your old box spring/ base. These orders typically arrive in 7-14 business days. Once your order reaches your local delivery carrier, a member of our delivery team will reach out to schedule a date and time that works for you.

All other Cocoon™ by Sealy products ship via UPS directly to your door and do not qualify for In-Home Delivery, nor can they be upgraded to it.

Before Delivery:

Complete the following steps to prep your home for delivery:

         -Clear away all items on walking paths, sidewalks, and in hallways

         -Take down any decorative items that could hinder delivery or become damaged in the process

On Delivery Day:

On delivery day, make sure an adult (18+) is present and ready to sign off on delivery; if no adult is home, we’ll be unable to complete delivery. If applicable, keep all pets and children in a separate area for the duration of delivery.

If you’re having an old base/ foundation hauled-away, make sure it’s free of any bedding and ready to be removed. Haul-away is on a 1-to-1 basis, meaning for every base purchased, our delivery team will remove one foundation/base. Unfortunately, our team is unable to haul-away any other items.

After Delivery:
